If you buy a pixel, you own it — permanently, transparently, and on-chain.
Ownership is enforced by smart contracts on the Base Network, making every pixel a real digital asset.
🪪 Pixel = NFT
Every pixel is an ERC-721 token representing a single coordinate on the global map.
Each pixel is unique
Each has a one-to-one link with a token ID
The owner is verifiable on BaseScan
Ownership cannot be modified by the platform
Even the creators of PixelAds cannot change who owns a pixel.
📍 Coordinates as Identity
Pixels are identified by:
x— horizontal positiony— vertical position
Which combine into a deterministic token ID.
Coordinates are the identity of your pixel. The map is fixed and non-expandable.
🧱 Single Pixels vs. Blocks
There are two ways to purchase:
1️⃣ Single Pixel
Perfect for simple messages, memes, or individual spots.
2️⃣ Pixel Block (e.g., 10×10 or 20×20)
Ideal for:
logos
banners
pixel art
branding zones
community spaces
Buying in blocks gives owners more creative power.
🔄 Transfer & Resale (Future)
In upcoming versions:
pixels will be tradable on the built-in marketplace
owners will set custom prices
buyers can place bids
block trades will be supported
Ownership remains completely on-chain during transfers.
